Organizing incentive trips for Spanish people in Spain makes us to be more creative than with our foreign clients, we have to go always a step ahead and look for really exclusive venues and activities that surprise a Spanish person in a Spanish destination.

ONO CLIENT´S EVENT 2011

Destination: Toledo

Nº of Participants: 50 Top clients & partners Nationality: Spanish

Duration: 2 Days

General Event description: During the 2 days of meeting participants had incentive activities, special lunches & dinners. The objective was to arrange a unique 2 day journey in which participants feel and touch its unique selling point, their company added value.

Services provided by Olé Special Events:

- Hotel reservation and management, meeting rooms, accommodation and F&B. The selected Hotel was the Hotel "Boutique Palacio Eugenia de Montijo".

- Transportation: Airport - AVE - Hotel - Airport, Transfer to the activities & transfer for dinners. - Staff: welcome staff at the airport, Staff for dinners and staff at the Hotel. 3 project managers of Olé Special Event attended the event to coordinate the entire programme.

- Event production: design and coordination of Event production and AV equipment and Staff, in the Hotel, activities and in the dinners.

- Lunch & Dinner

Day 1: - Lunch: Participants had lunch at "El Cigarral de las Mercedes" (welcome drink & special menu designed for them). - Dinner: private dinner at Tavera Palace with live music (opera)

Day 2: - Lunch: Participants had lunch at a country house from La Mancha. Private Lunch with the space in exclusivity. - Activities:

Day 1: - Private visit to the "Toledo Cathedral" (Gothic Style), visiting areas of the cathedral close to the public. - Street theater on the way to the Monastery de "San Juan de Reyes del Cristo de la Calavera" from Bécquer - Private visit to the "Entierro de Conde Orgaz" Museum and Harp private concert - Private Entrance to te Monastery San Juan de los Reyes

Day 2:- Private visit to the San Clemente Convent and Marzipan tasting - Falconry workshop at the farm - Renaissance Cooking workshop
