Meet Kyriakos Ashikalis - Managing Director of Symphony - Event Travel in Greece

Kyriakos is a highly analytical mind, a perfectionist, a human with empathy, a passion for their destination, nature and of course event management.

Kyriakos is a young veteran of the MICE industry with strong local knowledge and relationships, as well as a well-rounded world view, understanding of cultures and international experience.

One of his strong points is client attention and relationship building. He is a firm believer that understanding client needs and delivering on them is key to the success of any event.

Following a fruitful, 10-year journey as a partner and the Managing Director of an International DMC brand in Greece and Cyprus, Kyriakos founded Symphony Greece DMC in 2022. 

He has personally planned and operated events of up to 1600 PAX for major global brands across industries and event types.

Symphony Greece is a truly local, MICE-Specialized DMC, operating with an agile team of highly experienced MICE professionals with common professional values and energy.

Their role, according to Kyriakos’ philosophy is to deliver the expected efficiently, and on-top of that, to deliver the unexpected, the authentic and the unique!

Kyriakos was born in Cyprus, lived and studied in Geneva, Switzerland (4 years), Tufts University Boston, Massachusetts (4 years), Madrid Spain (6 Months) and Phoenix, Arizona (2 years) before beginning this journey in Greece.

He speaks four languages GR, ENG, FR, ESP and aside from travelling and discovering he is passionate about nature, basketball and his cats.
